Innovation/Business development/HR development
We use a special model for innovation and business development. The KU'- model. Inspired by Otto Scharmer and the Disney model. Through out the proces we innovate on a concrete issue. Each part of the proces will be performed practically and with tools from the artistic profession, especially using the rules of improvisation. We also bring other forms of art into the workshop. Among others, music, sculpture and painting. Each participant will experience a hands on proces of innovation and will themselves innovate on an issue and find one or several solution to it. The participants will also receive a lot of advise and tools so that they can continue their own work on innovation and business development.
The world is changing fast. That is not news, but changes comes a lot faster than before. Industry, business and organisations are exposed to completely new kinds of competition. The competition is a natural outcome of digitalisation, which creates a new situation for competing. The concept has become known as disruption. The word covers the fast development, the digital transformation and the techincal development we're all exposed to these days. Therefore basically all business must be able to switch faster than before. Many find it difficult to see the new possibilities - often mistakes are necessary to reach the best results. Most organisations need to create a culture for innovation, among the emplyees as well as across the organisation. When this a succes, you develop new business options, not the competition - known or unknown.
Following the #metoo movement and all the stories and witnesses obtained, many organizations work on finding new guidlines and values. How do you deal with accusations, witnesses, experiences and conflict? How can the organization become more clear about their attitude towards respect at the work place. We work with basic values, train communication and cooperation. It is also possible to use Forum theatre or storytelling to move on and find solutions.
The objective is staff development; team-building, training in communication, leadership and presentation, conflict solutions, cooperations and so on. It can also concern personnel events focusing on fun and entertainment, or workshops regarding processes of change or research. Based on tools and exercises from Keith Johnstone, Del Close (and others from the American tradition), Viola Spolin and Augusto Boal, we facilitate workshops in organizations (private or public), schools, universities and cultural institutions.
Leadership and communication
Status is one of the ground pillars of which improv is built on. Status training is training in body language, listening, interpret and accepting one self and others. By using status training for leadership and communication, the participants will receive tools, not only words but to the extent also body language. They get clear tools to create or change a conversation or a complicated situation. Status training is always fun, entertaining, and instructive. The conversations and debate give new light to communication and leadership.
Using the basic games and rules of improv the group work together in a playful way, practising being present, working together, saying yes and..., and forgiving mistakes. It's a fun and relaxed way to get to know each other better and learn how to work together in a new way. It suites everyone no matter previous experience or background.

Based on the challenges and wishes in the organization we create a tailor made Forum theatre play. The scenes performed reminds of or resembles situations the participants could experience on a daily basis. We work with conversation, value exercises, and the participants themselves will participate in solving the challenges presented. the outcome will be new ideas, tools and a bigger understanding for the challenges and for each other.
